Unfortunately I don’t think you can with that set. Melman does a lot of light damage and his curse is a real nuisance at T11. Is your T11 evenly trained? You can maybe squeeze out a couple of wins with a dark goddess rod and swashbuckle

Good weapons are so hard to find. you can't buy a dark goddess rod. I never really know what weapons to buy.

You can buy DGR, you just also earn one when you hit 22K stats.

Honestly I don't remember I don't think intel i sincluded. I think its just HP + STr + DEF + SPD.

It was for hitting the old cap, which didn't includ intel, so I don't think intel is included.
