Never received virus from last event

Hey. I used the VIP program to purchase a strain about a week or two before the end of the Pandemic event. I paid for the one that turns your avi into a raven's head (Fevermore?). Every time I checked back, it said it would notify me when I got the strain, but this never happened. I'm worried that the virus couldn't actually proliferate in my avi's frozen body, but it's probably more likely a glitch.
I used the VIP program to purchase a strain on March 7. Even though I received the sit back and enjoy the ride, I still haven’t gotten my strain. Just wondering what is happening, will I still get my strain?

I used the VIP program to get the last virus I needed (Buzzkill) and it never progressed so on the morning the event was going to end I cancelled that virus and then re-bought it and it has never progressed :(

I bought Ant Agony on the last day but didn't have time to get any bites. I would have thought I'd be infected by now even taking into account the queue.

Hey guys! I wanted to let you know that I have been told that all users who signed up before the last day will get their virus. They also said that it is a huge queue because everyone was rushing. That being said, I have asked if they can look into whether there is a problem with the queue not cycling and will let everyone know once I hear back!

UPDATE! Bug is currently in the process of pushing everyone through the queue. You all should be virused soon as he is pushing chucks of users through every so often (just to not kill the servers). Should be done quickly!

There's about 10 people who it failed to process. If you haven't gotten your infection, please:

Make sure you are not wearing a zombie skin. If you are wearing a skin, the cron thinks you're already a zombie and it will not infect you. Once you take off the zombie skin, wait a few minutes and the cron should get you!

I finally got the Lovebug infection that I signed up for two or three times and gave up on lol. Better late than never. Thanks for the fix !
