I could be wrong, but I always thought that the main shops restocked exactly on the minute?

I've been RSing in Half Baked and Paw Naturel for the new goodies, and I've noticed that the times have been about 5-10 seconds delayed when it says "restocked xx minutes ago", and it's been restocking anywhere from 5-20 seconds after the minute has passed, even after the number changed in "restocked xx minutes ago".

Is this supposed to be happening?

I am not 100% sure but I think it is random when it stocks during the minute.

I have actually confirmed this is not a bug! Locking up.
