A lot of the zombie food is like pizza/hot dog/burger etc, very casual type food. How about some zombie food items worthy of NBC Hannibal? There are more ways to eat people than just frying them am I right? The food stylist for the show actually wrote a book, if artists are in need of inspiration c:

I never knew why Subeta zombies ate snot, vomit, and poop anyway. It's kinda funny if you think about it. Did Fantine eat fingernails when she was zombified? Does zombification give you the tastebuds of the average domestic dog?

Support! Another who doesn't like the gross out foods only for zombies. (Not that human flesh foods isn't gross out as well.) I suggested the last time, you can take normal food and add human meat. Anything but the numerous poop, vomit, snot, and disgusting foods it seems like we keep getting.

Maybe some zombies would love to eat fancy foods not filled with gross things like what's in the Lounge?

I think the gross foods make sense. We use, milk, eggs and blood of animals why wouldn't a zombie eat the by products of the cattle they eat? Snot, vomit, and poop are all things that can be forced out of a human if they wanted to consume it.

Rotting flesh is disgusting and I think consuming human flesh is way more gross than picking your nose or swallowing down your own vomit. Let zombies enjoy non-meat related dishes! haha.

I think that there should be 'fancier' meals, but there should still be the gross stuff. Human bacon and human egg sandwich? Why the hell not.

Well to really analyze this point- do subeta zombies need nutrition? Are they eating to fill cravings or do they actually use the food they eat as fuel? Because things like blood, eggs, organs, have way different content than vomit, poop,and snot. In fact one could argue there is very little actual human tissue in those waste products, and either way if a zombie where to be be eating either or nutrition or a craving for humans, they would not be getting satisfied by the byproducts our bodies create specifically to purge non-human material (bacteria, disease, indigestible bits or harmful substances) from our bodies. I mean... there can’t be a lot of me in my own vomit, it is actually mostly normal food to begin with. So if a zombie gets anything from that they could probably be getting more either by eating normal food or eating my actual stomach.

I am all for expanding the lore on subeta zombies tho. Let’s get some scientist npcs in here and answer these questions. Are zombies in subeta fueled by poop? How and why? Do the zombies like this? Do they want to get better at cooking? So many questions!
