A couple days ago I completed my first infection for the event, and then wanted to go again via the volunteer infection program so I could look like a lovely sea slug (paid $500k I believe?). I didn't receive any notifications about becoming infected, and my avatar hasn't changed. I refreshed in my wardrobe, still nothing has happened. I returned to the VIP page, and it still has the message "You've still got some time to wait, but you will receive an event once you've received your chosen virus!" and the option to cancel with no refund...

How long is too long to wait for the VIP to kick in? My first virus of the season only took a couple hours, this time it's been at least a couple days :( what should I do?
