I can't manually move my items into my shops. The options won't appear on the page.

Also, I can't find the quickstock function ? Pretty sure that's just me though.

You only have legacy shops. You cannot put things in legacy shops anymore. This also explains why you cannot quickstock. Please see the board below to read about the new shops that were started in 2016.
