Hello everyone! I really enjoy challenging myself and one big problem I have is I splurge way too much. I was going to do a 'no spend' month starting next month, and thought I'd make a post, so if anyone was interested we could all try together! The general idea is pretty simple, and since it's not a contest or anything you can make rules and regulations to suit yourself during the month. Use whatever rules you think will help you save that you can manage- whether it's because you want an item or just for the sake of saving. I'll be giving out small prizes for people that participate just to make this a bit more fun and exciting!

@ Ray I'd like to join, I've been meaning to save up as much as I can! This is cool since there's the sPrint but that has a quantitative goal in mind instead of just saving in general.

My only regular weekly expense is 2.5m sP which is for a weekly raffle I run. It's less than what I make when doing quests each week so I'll able to accumulate sP still.

Rules for Self:

1. Spend no more than 2.5m per week (for the raffles)

Yay!! Glad to have you on board. I actually didn't even know there was another no spenders sort of group (I probably really should have checked first actually hahaah) but yeah, I'm glad this suits your needs! I wanted it to just be a fun thing with no limits, so each person could tailor to their needs!!

Also, I forgot to write my rules for myself, so here are mine! Rules for self:

1. No spending any currencies, excluding vending with wizard tokens
2. My only 'splurge' will be for goals achievements- my limit is any wardrobe item under 20k (for wardrobe achievement) and buying any plush/beanbag under 100k, which I'll likely just buy on sight.

I think that's it, but I might edit this comment if I think of more I want to add :D

What about pet needs like food and the occasional toy?

joining! rules for me *not touch the vault - 90mil sP, *no touch quest points (just 10 atm), crystals (1440), Blue Building Points (3605), *no vending (8,792) but token shop or BHH purchases allowed u.u

pets dont die over here ;) but that should be allowed if you have a budget system that you try not to spend over ;) if it's for battling, the inn is a good option -keeps the pets fed and happy for 31 days

i started off with 200k on hand, i forgot to mention in my first post. and 90mil in the vault (which i already mentioned)

Of course I'd like to join ^^ I want to save as much sP as I can - so that I can buy myself some expensive stuff or spend more on Lumineve this year xD

Just a note for everyone, we'll update our current currencies on the date this started. I think I'll put all my on-hand currencies in the vault bar about 2mill for Sagi's quests and then I'll be able to see how much I make as I progress!
