There was a glitch with the Green virus progressing that caused people to finish the Green virus upon reaching stage 7. If you received an event notifying you that you reached the last stage, and the virus removed from your avatar, then you were affected by this glitch.
If you were affected, you will see the skin unlocked in your wardrobe when we release skins tomorrow. Please feel free to sign up for a new strain in the meantime.
The glitch is now fixed, so this virus strain should be good to go from here on out. :)

Was this suppose to fix the problem I talked to you about in the other thread? Because my wardrobe is still not working.
- This is a different problem to that. Please continue to use the stickied threads over in Event Issues to discuss other wardrobe problems.

I chose green but I believe that I'm at stage 3 or 4. Should I be worried?

Is there a way to tell if we're stuck? It seems like I'm trapped in stage 6 again (I was stuck in 2 and then again in 5) and none of the tips/tricks are working.
I have Grosseries (Green) virus currently at stage 6 and have not received an event notice. Thank you for letting me know I will continue to the finish (stage 8?) without a problem now that the glitch has been fixed. Thank you all for your quick fixes and timely information. Hopefully you all will get to enjoy the rest of the event without having to run yourselves ragged. Hugs!

- if you're still stuck in 12 hours time, make a ticket - but it should progress eventually.

Finally a glitch for this strain I can get behind, and I'm not part of it XD
Looks like green glitched out again :/ And it fixed itself after I posted and checked it 163363617 times of course haha. Image not broken anymore.
I had Grosseries but I wasn't to the last stage. I wasn't very far along at all. It went away and then came back once it looked like but now it's gone again and my old av (the one I had before the stage 1 happened) popped back up but when I go to wardrobe she's naked and a normal skin. Is this normal? Will I be able to still progress some how with Grosseries? Or do I need to do it again?
Wasn't sure since mine wasn't the last stage yet when this happened and did not progress as normal after.
edit: Pfft! So sorry! I didn't see the part where you posted after 12 hours make a ticket if no progression! Some how that got lost as I was reading through! Thank you!
