You can find who gifted you and who your partner for the HA contest is in the second post. If your partner is unresponsive, or has been inactive for a few days, talk to me about finding you a new partner or partners. Likewise, if you know you won't be able to participate in this contest, please let me know ASAP so I can find your partner a new one.

I will tag the group at the midway point and then the Thursday before the due date. If I tag at a time other than that, it is an important update, so please check back even if you've finished your HAs!

This contest is inspired by the MV Critical Beauty by Pentagon, no need to have watched it, but the concept is that they are all couples wearing matching suits.
And that is what you have to do with your partner:
♥ Create entirely matching outfits without using items from sets or any of the same items! ♥
They can be of whatever theme/color-scheme/genre/etc that you and your partner decide on!
[1] You cannot use any items from sets or items that are intended to match. If you are unsure whether your items count or not, just ask as many times as you need, you will never be a bother!
[2] You cannot use any of the same items as your partner or items from sets that your partner used. No repeats whatsoever. This is supposed to be fun, but also a little bit of a challenge~
[3] Other than those limitations, you can use any items, skins, or hairstyles you wish. I will allow wigs/hairstyles & skins to be the same, but not the face/makeup.
[4] The time limit will not eliminate you, unless... This is supposed to be a fun event and I want all of you to participate. If you know you won't have time or your partner is unresponsive, send me a message so I can extend the deadline. This doesn't mean that you have unlimited time though; please finish up your HAs in a timely manner to be respectful to those that finish earlier and have to wait. If you or your partner don't message me saying why you need more time before March 4th and you miss the deadline, then you will both be eliminated.
[5] Post your HAs side by side as well as the Wardrobe Previews!
You can save the images, put them next to each other as one image, then host & post that way...
Or just use the wardrobe preview images with this 1) Right click on your HA wardrobe preview.
2) Click "copy image address" or whatever your browser's equivalent is.
3) Use this code:
Only one of you has to post the HAs, and don't forget to ping me when you do!
That should be it! If anyone has any questions, please ask them, and I'll update this post as needed.
I will Judge your HAs based on these criteria:
♥ Layering & Balancing of Colors ♥ The basic staples of any good HA.
♥ Matching ♥ Your HAs should look better together than on their own, and be a clearly matching set.
♥ Pandering to my Aesthetic ♥ While this won't guarantee placing, I won't deny that I have a strong bias toward certain types of HAs. There are a few contest threads in this forum, and tons on the main forums*, where you can see winners I've picked before. *If you'd like to find those contest threads more easily just go through my created forum topics: HERE.

@ Everyone I have confidence that the staff will fix the wardrobe issues within a week or so, if not, then I'll just extend the contest deadline another week, not a problem at all~
Don't feel you have to drop out because the wardrobe refuses to work, we can always extend the contest to give more time. I'm in no hurry~ :)
As for a solution to a lone partner: Other users might also drop out due to being busy or altogether inactive and MIA. So a partner could free up. If not, then I don't see a reason why there couldn't be a trio~! If that's the case then the lone partner would be "put up for partner adoption" and a pair would take them under their wings.
Thank you for bringing up the site issues, I forgot to mention it. I'll continue to extend the deadline if the wardrobe issues persist, so take a day or two to think about if you really want to drop out or not. Absolutely okay if you still want to~! Take care of yourself~♥
please take care of yourself first! Your health is far more important than an internet contest. c: As Kanna mentioned, there are options for me regardless. I'm glad you liked the gifts I sent, and that I managed to pick something with such emotional value to you. I loved the dappled unicorn HA item that you sent, and the cat photos were perfect (I'm a huge cat person!)

can we use items that originate from a set if we're not using them as part of a set? e.g., could I use one SBQ item, if I'm not using any other items at all from the same SBQ set?

& I've been working with Armor all of yesterday. We had decided to work through the wardrobe issues.
Kanna, someone did not get anything (no gifts, no hearts, no wishlist items) from partner... which is why the person has a reason to be bummed out... maybe if a few of us pitch in and help the person it might cheer them up and change their mind of participating in the 2nd part (current contest).
Also, the person that was supposed to send gifts & did not... I'm not sure it would be good to allow to participate in 2nd part. Lack of action should have consequences. :S
For the wardrobe issue: If clearing cache doesn't work, it's more complicated & I'm one of those unfortunates. I've been able to confirm that it occurs at midnight when new day script takes effect. A staff member can reset base settings but it has to be done manually and each day. This is worse than Cinderella losing the dress and pumpkin, at least she got to keep the shoes! Until staff resets, nothing can be done in wardrobe as it does not load... so in my case I get 1/3 of a day to try and work on wardrobe.
We're still working on an outfit but we may need more time, like anyone that's dealing with this issue.
I messaged Didi but she said she doesn't have time to do this so I'll need a new partner if possible. She told me she let you know, but I wanted to make sure I said something too. There's a catch here since I only have access to the internet on my phone, so I would need a partner that knows how & can post our HAs together. If that makes sense.
