Survival Cure Achievements

A few questions about the Achievements generated by using the following items:

Dr. Lockhearts Amoricone Dr. Lockhearts Amoryl Cream Dr. Lockhearts Amoricide Lamouracillin

1. Do they have to be taken during Survival when you are incubating a virus?

Can they be used on any virus strains or just the specific ones for the year they were originally released?
Are there any wait times when using them? Or can you get reinfected right away?

Would you happen to know the answers to this or maybe point me in the direction of someone who does? Thanks sweetie!!
