I have visited the VIP page just to see what the current infections' names were, but did not choose to be infected. I was listed as Infected and then ten minutes later as No Biting in the Survival forums.

Now it's possible, there's a sneaky little zombie virus out there and this is some special action of some site event, in which case you can ignore this. But if there isn't, it's a glitch. Chroms OS and Browser.
