Hello everyone!

So I can't seem to remove my old zombie skin that I've been wearing prior to the launch of this event. The VIP says I was bitten (signed up for Red; my notice on the VIP says: "Thanks for your interest in becoming an Infection Specialist! Unfortunately, your strain hasn't progressed far enough for your bite to be effective, but try again later!") but my HA won't clear off and I can't seen signs of the infection.

I assume others are having this issue too. Any tricks or tips to resolve? Is this something I have to wait for to be fixed on the back end? I hate to lose time on this event!!
