So when I saw that Survival had started, I wanted one of the new skins but I had Pinkie Patch (had for a few years) at the time. So I went to my wardrobe and removed it. But now I still "infected" and can not get one of the new virus because of this. No Sp was spent on virus because error kept appearing, not sure if wardrobe is the problem, or if aliens came out of nowhere and I got infected by aliens because I get no message for time either (I check encase I double clicked nor is healer showing anything.) Using Firefox on Win 10.

Edit: Finally got the time message after wardrobe came back up and could select a virus (green.) Seems fixed now. Thanks!

Mine stuck too... no matter how many times I removed my zombie skin, it said I was a zombie.

What finally worked for me: Choose a different type of skin (Morostide zapper skin?) and wear it. That's what finally worked for me.

I'm having the same problem, except I don't have any skins unlocked. The healer only sees a Morostide skin to cure (again, don't have any skins to equip) and when I pay her to remove it nothing happens and no sp is taken.

EDIT: Drank a Stinging Vial. Healer acknowledged the infection. Went to Gunner and got it removed for free, I no longer get the error message.

I went to the vip room, paid for a new infection (Red) over 12hrs ago (I was online when released) and STILL nothing. It just says I have to wait. Healer shows nothing, checked I didn't already have a skin, everything. C'mon guys.

Getting the 'error: you're already a zombie' message too. No event saying I was bitten, nothing showing up on my HA. As far as I can tell, I'm definitely not a zombie : /

I'm also getting the "Error: You're already a zombie" message. Don't have any skins on at all and havent worn a zombie skin/been a zombie since this event last year... I don't understand why it wont work :( And the Healer doesn't show that I'm infected

I signed up for doom bloom yesterday, was infected, got it deleted by the kissing glitch. Today when I tried to click on one of the 2019 strains it gave me an error that I was already a zombie. My infection had already been wiped and I was not wearing a skin. However, reloading and clicking the button again somehow let it go through and I was able to sign up for a new strain.

EDIT: Was able to sign up for Clusterflux again, and the "Bite" button is under my HA again! Will wait patiently this time...

I'm having pretty much the same issue. I signed up for Clusterflux at VIP yesterday, waited essentially 24hrs to get a notification (VIP page said to wait).

Just now I decided to stop that infection and try signing up again. When I went to purchase the same virus I got an error message "An error occurred: You are already a zombie!" Nothing on my HA, not showing up when I visit the healer, and I have a "No Biting" badge below my HA on forums.
