I made a thread earlier about this over in the Help Forum. Basically what happened is I took a [item=Dr. Lockhearts Amoryl Cream] for the achievement, and got that. A few minutes later I took a , but was only led to a blank page, no achievement, item gone. I thought maybe it was a weird glitch, because I used the items so close together. But I used a second Lamouracillin a few hours later and had the same results, so now I'm here... The blank page is not totally blank, it's like the bug we had a few days ago where feeding pets or taking them out of the training center resulted in a blank page.

Thank you for fixing it! :) got the items back and using one of them got me the achievement as intended!
