I saw on this https://subeta.net/news/17229 really old news post that starfish and bones was in the February 2017 collection. I bought this collection from the cash shop. It wasn't in there. Everything else that was supposed to be in there was in there, except for the only thing in there that I actually wanted.

I have just wasted 45 million SP. If you refund me, I'll delete the item.
