I had two items bought out of my private library gallery shop, even though shop is set up not to receive any events. Both events info listed below. I checked shop and its set for no events. So could I please have the 2 items back, and credit the user from my account for the 240,000 sP

If it's a shop (which "Private Library" is, looking at your profile)) and the item is priced, it can sell. Having it set for no events just means that the site won't give you a sidebar notification when an item sells,

Seriously I have never priced items in that shop. How do I prevent sales from occurring?

Yeah, if they weren't priced and still sold, that's a huge problem. You may want to file a ticket also so a ua can look into it as well. They would be the ones to ask for reimbursement in any case.
