Didn't gain exp from Fantine's Bakery during lag

Wasn't too sure what subtopic this goes to but I felt content issues fits. Feel free to move this onto a suitable category.
I was baking a few items at Fantine's Bakery last week on 23/01 when the site lags were going on. My level is 8 for me to bake Banana Nutmeg Chai Bread. Before baking the Banana Nutmeg Chai Bread, my level percentage is 8%. Once I clicked on the complete link, the page was slow to open and said "Enjoy your Banana Nutmeg Chai Bread" and retrieved the item. I compared both the before and after experience percentage and it hadn't changed at all (and it definitely wasn't burnt!). Is there a chance I could get some experience back as the longer the wait time, the higher the experience and it feels like wasted effort.
My browser is Safari 11.1.2 and OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 if that helps
Please file a ticket and we can reimburse any missing EXP. Let them know that directed you to create a ticket.
Edit to add: I just noticed you've already got a ticket on it, whoops! The reason I just asked you to open one is so we can check your logs and figure out the correct amount of EXP you should have gotten. I will speak with the UA about reopening your ticket so we can get this handled. Apologies for the confusion on my end!

Haha, no worries! Sorry I hadn't mentioned the ticket in my post earlier! I initially wasn't sure to post here as I felt like I was only affected and was asked on the ticket to post a topic here. Thank you! ^^
