Since we can import wearables right after we buy wearables from shops without accessing the inventory, I figured it'd be nice if we can do the same with food items. And just as we can know if we have the item in the wardrobe by the 'move to wardrobe' text, I recommend behind the 'feed to Pet Name' text, the 'Pet Name has ate it before' text can be shown as well for the conveniency.

I would assume so! I figure it'd be messy to implement otherwise.

It would save so much mindless clicking and scrolling from the wishlist to the shops, to the inventory, then to find the pet, read/feed to pet, vault if the pet is full, repeat x50+ times while your brain weeps because of how dull and repetitive it is.

Oh I certainly agree about that bit. I've gotten too spoiled by the ability to slip stuff into collections, yep, I'd love to do that with everything! Just, feeding and books can be done with multiple "locations" - like adding something to a shop/gallery/TC. Either you need to set some kind of default, or you start needing drop downs or other stuff and it gets messy.

I agree completely. x( Dropdowns would just make it a flaming mess. Getting the prompt of feeding/reading to your active pet after buying an item from the shops would be cleaner and more efficient.

Want to mass-read books to your pet for a job promotion and have the sP to burn? This would help. Still clicky, still tedious, but it's not going to make your brain scream into the abyss quite as much.

i totally want something like this! the active pet thing seems like it would be easy, since it already exists for the antique shop with books.

No Support. This may be convenient for all y'all but it would be a big fat pain in the butt for me.

I personally don't want my active pet to be my default eaterpet. Also, one of the things I like to do here is be a merchant so the vast majority of the time when I am restocking a food item I have no intention to feed the food at all. Unlike wears or plushies or beanbags where you only get this option once, there is no requirement that you only feed your pet each food only once. This Suggestion creates a bunch of pagereads by Subeta for something that most of the time won't matter too much to most people.

I'm not against it, but it's not that many extra clicks to just go to your inventory and manually feed a food item your pet.
