as a none artist who commision's pieces I suggest you change your title to something like "Looking for artist to make animal bottoms" or something so it's a bit more clear. Most price vary but something more intensive like this, from my experience, run about $50-$75 plus a copy of the CW and all recolors but it varies from artist to artist and the details of the item. Most start with references you send them, make a rough mock up, you approve, they do a bit of tweaking, approve again, final art and tweaks then you submit the CW to the site, if it needs fixing the artist fixes within so many weeks/months of making the item.
