One that I really wanna beat is the mad scientist .. I have a tier 12 pet and still can't manage to beat him, help!

The Mad Scientist is a little freeze-happy, so trying to have an anti-freeze blessing up goes a long way. Counter freezing is also a good strategy. Try using the and some freezing scrolls like . Slap some on your weapons to help prevent freezing. She deals a lot of different icons. I suggest using either your highest hitting weapon, or an attempt to block several icon types. The blessing from the comes to mind, and the cover a ton of icons too.
