I took the name Saddest a little while ago, but I haven't been able to connect with it in any meaningful way. I was originally thinking of a storm ruffie, but I just feel kind of meh about that now.

The name is also currently attached to a low ID (869583), but I'd prefer he go to someone who wants the name. (You can also want the ID, but not just the ID.)

Saddest would fit in beautifully with this. I would most likely change him to either a Glqcier Hippotu, Neela, or Bumbus, nf the story would be mostly about how often people who are the saddest hide it the best.
