When searching wishlists, limited to just friends on new items it only finds the alphabetical first friend with it on their wishlist. Oddly, it seems to be limited to the newest released items, the pincushions, blacklight plushies and Nostalgic Zasaba items. Going back further and searching for the collections items finds multiple friends with them wishlisted. Same with items from the new years shop. I haven't tried further back than that.
