Here's some blueish, dark brown,light pink and nude colored lips that should go great with those cold tone outfits

Junko Entropy Lipstick is a nice muted brown, which I've found goes nicely with most other colors. :) My personal favorite as far as dark/blue toned lips go is Cece Raven Plaid Lip Balm.
