Most of the times if you buy it from the banner it will cost you alot more then if you would buy it directly from the CSC store like now it is offering a Shadowglen travel guide for 250CSC you click on the picture to see the description and see the official prize of the item is 75CSC and its not just with this item. But this book is retired from Cash Shop, so no, you can't get it for 75 CSC. All Hustler items are 250 CSC. This is just a way to get some of those items into circulation, without it, we could only rely on copies in user shops.

He's a Hustler. What were you expecting?
As stated above, this is a way to get more copies out without re-releasing it in the cash shop. I believe the travel guides were even brought back for black friday. This is not a bug, as the hustler price is a set price on everything. If you wish, I can move this to suggestions but I am not sure how it would be received as a suggestion.
