Tried looking up any info I could on him and found virtually nothing outside of he exists.

Things I've found out on my own are he IS freezable and it looks like you can blast his weapons? tho i could be wrong on the second one since i have been sick since before newyears and everything is sort of blending together.

With a tier 12 pet with all stats hovering around 4k I'm able to knock out 1/3rd of his health if I'm lucky with my default 'BQ set' of Recycle Blaster,
Soma Tablets, Paintbrush Blades, Malerias Cursed Arm Bangle, The Ether, Reviver of the Lion, Phoenix Quill, Blessed Trident of the Banished One

I have many other items as well including Lucent (Broken), Natasha, Ornamented Hook Swords, Volatile Energized Mecha, Intricate Energized Helmet but i know how ideal sets can make a huge difference.

Nothing much extra to add really I simply wanted to say thanks for starting this thread, like you I just looked all over the place for some set advice and came up empty,

I agree Freeze is often possible, though he can disable your scrolls for a few rounds here and there, so if that is your main freeze you get stalled with that, so starting with a freeze is sensible. I have managed three wins so far but would like to get some more info on which set is ideal to get the job done.

He seemed to do a lot of ice and wind damage, so I countered with Swashbuckle and Unstable Sample Syringe. I had Rapier of Error for cursing, but probably should have dropped it for a second blaster and modded one of my weapons with an attack marquis crystal. Of course, he still killed me because I should probably get Chums to T13 instead of being lazy.

All the scrolls I used were freezers, my infinite use scroll and then gift of the forj scrolls since I had more AP and not enough freezers

what mods do you use?

I hadn't put any notes of weapons I used in previous years. So I tried Ether, Extendable Elemental Trident and Tasselled Aegis, thinking I would cover everything but Earth, yet I had a hard time and then began losing more often than win. I switched to Trident and Syringe and am faring a ton better (Blessing of Natural Armor and a Crit). Sandreaver stems from the time, when each event I JUST missed it all due to lack of ideal weapons and probably just a few stats :-(

Obviously I love to let gimmicks work for me in the background, hoping to speed things up for me a little and get some extra heal (esp. when frozen). Tons of freezing scrolls, a few Lucky Scrolls (harder hits while he is frozen) Santuria and Cobalt for emergencies. Basically this is my standard set and I only exchange the attackers - 'cause I'm lazy.

Thank you so much for mentioning the T11! Specially since I figure T11 is whats probably the lowest Tier intended for this boss.

As pets become stronger and closer to cap obviously theirs more leeway in what weapons can be used for victory since theirs that bumber health to pad mistakes and the greater damage to speed the battle up.

Three crit, three parched and two freeze. May switch out one parched for another freeze.

Ah no sorry I forgot to mention my T11 is an uneven build. He has the strength and health of a T12 pet. I do not recommend fighting him with an evenly trained T11. He is recommended for T12. He is giving high T12/T13 pets a problem to get 10+ wins.
