Thank you so much everyone who put something under my tree (group hug)

I'd love to thank you in person but I messed up :( I was visiting family over Christmas and New Year and was waiting to get home, to my computer, to open my presents. Big mistake as I can no longer open them as lumi is over :(

I will get the gifts at lumi this year (2019) so please don't send me anything. I wish I could thank you properly but I am hoping you will see this and know I am grateful.

Have you tried sending in a ticket about it?

You didn't mess up! You were busy with family. Not your fault the site cut us off from info that would be very useful to have. Also sorry you can't access your gifts.

My granddaughter had never opened her tree because she doesn't play much anymore. I gave her this link to try and it worked for her. Hopefully it will work for you. :)
