I'm sorry if I should have filed a ticket rather than writing, but I left gifts for Dungarde and I didn't get the 3 items while visiting his crypt. I can see in my gifting history that I've given him gifts (unless there should have been certain items or quota I should have done?) Account searching says I don't have the items and I know I couldn't have sold them accidentally as I haven't put up any prices in shop for ages. Hope you guys can help me?

Did you put them under his tree or send them via the gift center?

Also the gifts you were given were sent through the gift center so you have to unwrap them there.
