Opponent scroll from free shop?

I received this item from the free shop called Scalding Bath Scroll : I couldn't find any info on it and none in shops/trades and weirdly enough the description says "opponent scroll". The stats are also pretty insane : uses 9999 alchemy points, damage is fire 3 and water 3-4 and defense is 4. Is this an actual legit item or a weird glitchy one you're not supposed to acquire by normal means?
