I wasn't sure where to post this so I apologize if it's in the wrong spot!
I got a Seafoam Snowdrift Giftbox from the Free Shop:
When I click the item in my Inventory, the only options are: Delete Open Gift!
When I press Open Gift, I get the message: "That is not your gift!"
I was confused as to why I got this item from the Free Shop to begin with, so I'm not really sure what's happening c:

If you guys have those giftboxes in your inventory from the free shop, please file a ticket and ask for it to be forwarded to .

I've had this same issue and I made a ticket but it hasn't been touched for two days ^^; I know it's the holidays but I was just wondering how long I should expect to wait? Thank you!

The programmers are aware of the issue and should be looking into the problem soon. You do not need to remake the ticket as it would still have to go to Amber.
