Hello everyone (and happy Lumi!) I recently started to pay more attention to my HA and I've been looking for new wearables ever since. It has struck me that subeta has a HUGE amount of wearable items! So I tried to develop a drawer system in order to find the items I like the most, but I still have a bit of trouble with it. I want to know how does people usually sort their stuff? By colour, type (dresses,wigs, pants), preference,theme (winter, cute, steampunk)? Or other way? ;)

Normally by descending, time added to Wardrobe.

Though I have been using Ascending to rediscover some new(old) items.

Same as above. I wish we had the 'sort by color' option back, that was nifty.

I got a couple different drawers set up -basic (all items with multiple recolors) -unique (unique items without recolors like subeautique items) -hair (all wigs and hairpieces) -face (eyes, noses, mouths, freckles etc.) -monster (horns, wings, claws and all other monstery parts) -ugly (items I will never use but are usefull for filled wardrobe achievements and have no resale value) -animals (all animals or other companions) -masks (all masquerade masks) -wounds/scars -tattoo

it took me a couple of days to set up but the upkeep is minimal

This was very helpful! I wish there was a "sort by color" option too, especially for wigs... my current arrangement is similar to Anoniemmus', except I created MANY MORE drawers. The 'ugly' drawer it's a must, lol

Some of my drawers:

• Animal Friends: any animal or creature companions, including toy ones
• Auras & Sparkle: auras, glow, fireworks, confetti, glitter, etc
• Barrettes: barrettes, hair pins, hair ornaments
• Body Parts: non-animal body parts, such as ears and noses
• Creature Parts: animal and creature parts, such as ears, tails, bodies, appendages, etc, EXCEPT wings (which have their own drawer)
• Dresses & Robes: self-explanatory
• Eyes and Eye Makeup: any eye items, including eyeshadow, brows, single eyes, etc
• Full Backdrops: background items that take up the ENTIRE avatar frame
• Home Interior: interior items such as walls, carpet, wainscoting, etc
• Jackets & Vests: jackets, vests, hoodies, overcoats
• Jewelry: any jewelry items NOT in the Finger layer: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, body jewelry, etc
• Leggings: tights, stockings, leggings, etc that go up past the knees
• Long Sleeves: long-sleeved shirts and sweaters
• Mouths: mouths, tongues, lipstick, lip gloss
• Other Makeup: any makeup that's not specific to eyes or mouths, such as blush and body glitter
• Short Sleeves: any short-sleeved shirts or tops
• Skins: items that change the appearance of the entirety of the avatar base's skin
• Sleeveless: any sleeveless non-tube tops, such as tank tops
• Special Effects: special avatar effects, such as cut-outs, shadows, and frames
• Swimwear: swimsuits, wet suits, anything swimming-related
• Tattoos: self-explanatory
• Underwear: self-explanatory
• Wigs: self-explanatory
• Witch Stuff: witchy clothing such as dresses, boots, and hats, as well as witchy accessories such as cauldrons and glow chalk

I go by theme as well as "added to wardrobe". My drawers are the following: -clown -geisha/kitsune -gold desert -magic -noses -ocean -outlaw -renaissance -scifi -street style

I have a wig drawer that due to my own slacking and my limited capabilities(mobile user) does not contain all of my wigs atm lol I keep thinking I need drawers for my makeup items and animals friends but eh lazy

I usually sort by added to wardrobe descending but sometimes too mix it up I'll sort added to site ascending.
