Yep, I scan in the rough sketch/line-art then I ink over it and color.

Unfortunately, no, I prefer keeping things very simple

It really depends on the person, it's always harder to capture the physical features of someone in real life - I can try it of coarse, but I can't absolutely guarantee anything. Some people are just easier to draw than others x)

- I do have some references in photobucket. I can show them the examples through smail if you're interested. :)
