its been ages that we had a CW contest, ya know. lets have seasonal/event/festive thematic contests where the winning items are given out of a MC gift box (random).

I really support more custom wearable contest. They can be so innovative, specially with facial feature items. As far as I can remember they have worked well in the past, can't see why not!

I don't even remember the last one...how does it work? Does the item become official?

those both are yeah! I think those were from the pekaboo festival contest. I can't remember the other winners from that contest, if any, off the top of my head rn.

then we also had the survival contest (i just checked and the items were in the 2015 tab, so another contest is waaaay overdue)

regardless, I would love to see more cw contests! i can't draw for shit but the CW market has exploded since 2015 and I think these contests are a great way to make CWs more accessible to people who can't really afford them otherwise.

I'm conflicted. On the one hand, I do love these contests. I've asked for more personally and have made suggestions on how things could be altered and hopefully improved and am more than happy to talk with staff if they wanted some input. I love seeing what people submit, the entries are always SO stunning.

But on the other hand people get very aggressive. So much negativity makes it hard to want more competitions at all. I'm not talking about when people voice things like "oh, I wish x had won but oh well" or when people talk about how things can be improved. Watching users be ripped to shreds because someone wanted a different design to win just Isn't My Jam.

So yes to more contests, but maybe with a cliff note of "chill the fuck out, bruh."

i like these ;d wish we could have more mouth / lips made an eyes that fit some of the cws people create some of the makeups don't look right with some of the eyes.

I wasn't around for these before, but I'm so down with this idea!
