Trading art for profile coding help

I want a new profile layout I can do the graphics, but I can't code Q0Q
I also can't afford to pay for one at the moment so I'd like to offer a trade instead.
I'll offer a full body chibi drawing like the one in the spoiler tag below for help coding my profile :)

I don't want anything too fancy, I would like everything under one column.
I want this as the background, and this as the bit where the text goes, as in that green bit.
I can separate all the images if need be.
Font - trebuchet Size - 12.
I'd love it if each toolbox section had a transparent background with a dashed effect to separate it up
