Looks like you put a space before and after the item name when you searched. Try searching without them, it shows up!

no it was stocking shops. it did this a few days ago for a few minutes. it was doing anything on the site it wouldn't let me and showed that message

I just checked with a programmer and this seems to have been a quick glitch when the servers were acting up and lagging. It's been fixed!
