I just vended a Brightly Colored Model Parakeet that I transformed into Rare Flight Feathers, like it's supposed to, but when I selected to transform it it had all of the collection bag items for the April 2013 Collection, including the bag itself

I selected the Feathers option, and transforming it only had the option to transform it back to the Parakeet, which I did- and when I went to transform it again it had all of the options- so it seems like a bug with the item more than a one time thing

I did not try selecting anything else because I don't want to lose having the Rare Flight Feathers
