Loyalty points not showing up

Hi, I bought a boatload of CSC recently, and while at first I got my Loyalty points, some of my most recent purchases have not generated any points. I got some CSC today as well, but I wasn't sure if Loyalty points would be assigned this weekend with the trinket and 20% bonus going on. Thanks for your help and attention, Patti317 P.S. I am using Windows 10 OS on a Dell PC and except for still not being able to see my Christmas tree I am not having any problems.
