Bobblehead Collection is gone?

Hello,
after I asked in the Help-Forums where I can find the Bobblehead Collection, I was told that it might be a bug, that I cannot find it. All links I tried and others tried too just redirect you to the cash shop. But in the cash shop I cannot find the Bobblehead Collection. Could you check this? :)

- just wondering when there's going to be a link up somewhere? The links in our profiles and the one in games just goes to the Cash Shop, and I can't find a link to the bobblehead collection in the Cash Shop.
