Recently (?) weapon order stopped being consistent between the Armory and customizing your set before entering battle. Both used to be ordered alphabetically, but something changed where the Armory is alphabetical but the set customization panel is by order in which you added the weapons to your armory. All nice and alphabetical in my Armory Stinging Gauntlet is hanging out next to Acorn Bomb seemingly only because it's the last weapon I added

You can have a ton if weapons, so consistency makes searching through them easier. I also find knowing the name of the item an easier way to locate it than having to remember in what order it was added.

Something, something, now there is an issue of you can 'sort' your customization panel by the order in which items are added... but only if you are willing to accept the loss of millions of sP and some very hard to replace/irreplaceable mods and are willing to do it all again when you add more weapons. If this is an intentional change there's got to be a saner way of handling custom weapon order than remove, add, then remod all the things.

It's still happening nearly a year later. The list of weapons in the "Customize" tab before entering a battle can't seem to decide if it wants to be sorted alphabetically (like the armory) or by recently added.

I lend out a weapon, put it back in the armory, and somehow it ended up near (but not at) the very top.

The situation is still the same. Under the "Select Weapons" section in the "Customize" tab the weapons are arranged like this: [A bunch of weapons added to your armory after some point in time. Sorted Alphabetically] [A bunch of weapons added to your armory before some point in time. Not sorted alphabetically]
