Chrome OS and Browser

When I go to a new tab with the list of shops from my quest grantor's page to buy the item, there is a delay. It is not the usual. The delay isn't the two to five seconds, it's thirty seconds to five minutes and sometimes doesn't allow me to make a purchase at all (although I don't let it go past a half-hour usually, so maybe just maybe it would allow...eventually). I suspect it's a server issue, because if I open the search again (sometimes I have to do this multiple times) there is no long time delay.

This happens whether or not there's any site lag.
