will never conform to your genres, man!

Heyo! So, my friend is "only receiving gifts from friends at this time" and we're friends, however, I am unable to give her anything. It does't list any items. Is this a bug? Or am I missing something? :o I'm using Chrome. Please help, thanks you. ❤️
