Per this post, I'm making a thread. It doesn't really bug me that it's broken but I don't mind troubleshooting it either, so /shrug.

My past trees page shows trees for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, and 2017 only. 2014 and 2015 are MIA. didn't mention that particular issue in their reply on the topic but I presume it applies too.

My trees for 2011, 2012, and 2013 are all still blank. Tried hard refresh, no change. It's possible one of them was in fact blank but I kind of doubt it (later years were more likely to have that issue) and I really, really doubt all three were.

My 2013 and 2014 trees are also still undecorated, despite the fact that I'm sure I did decorate them.

My trees from 2011-2014 are all undecorated. I remember when trees were introduced, and definitely decorated my tree that year, and following years.

Mine are also undecorated from 2011-2014 and I am also sure I decorated my tree every year since it began.

Yep, my trees from 2011-2014 are all blank, it's really quite sad.

Not trying to bitch just to bitch but it feels kind of crappy to have been asked to make this post/thread and then there's just... no follow up. I know this might be a tough issue/being worked on behind the scenes but just a quick 'we see, we're trying' would be nice.

I didn't ping because it felt unnecessary (again, was asked to and posted that I did in the original thread) and I know it's a bit frowned on in P&B since the forum is actively monitored.

That said, my trees are still missing/blank, as originally reported (to be on-topic and useful). They have started loading fresh every time I visit the page since I made this thread, though. Pretty positive it wasn't originally doing that when the feature was released (beyond the initial page visit, that is).

My trees from 2011 till 2014 are also still bare and I can't believe I didn't decorate them at all. I always loved that feature.

It's possible that I removed my ornaments, I don't remember. Are trees still customisable after gifts are opened? Oh well, it's not a big deal, I have three past trees I can look at.

My trees from 2011-2014 are bare as well. Although I can’t recall if they had ornaments on them, if they did it would be out of character for me to remove them at the end of the holiday.

I did want to add that it’s okay if you can’t retrieve them, . It’s just supposed to be a fun little feature and it isn’t the end of the world if the data isn’t there anymore.

I'm 99% sure I didn't remove the decorations after Luminaire, and that'd be for the years 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

It's not the end of the universe if they're not there, but it does seem unlike me to remove all the decorations at the end (I usually even try leaving my RL tree up longer than you're "meant to" :P)

For me it is the trees from 2011 till 2014 as well (as it seems to be for most people) I don't think I removed the ornaments after, but I can't be 100% sure. But as others have said it is certainly not the end of the universe if it can't be retrieved. I am mainly just curious to see if it is actually missing, or something that can be fixed.

I know I didn't remove my ornaments from my tree. I always decorate it and keep the ornaments on there. The ones that are missing for me are from 2011-2014.
