I got some new ornaments for my tree and it's not showing up :/ They appear as I used them but it's not showing up on my tree, also, I'm not able to save my tree with the "invisible ornaments". Ialready cleaned my cache, so idk what to do

Coming to say I'm experiencing this too and this was after dealing with a cache issue that kept my tree from showing up so I know it's not that.

I'm glad! But in my case, it's the new ornaments that won't show up. Everything else from before this Lumi does.

The Maliss ornament isn't showing up for me. I added it in, and I see it on my ornament list, but I can't add it to my tree.

Yeah... ;v; Having the same problem as Hanzo. it's quite annoying really. I bought all these new ornaments and I was ready to decorate. :'D Hopefully it is fixed soon.

This is happening to me as well, any new ornaments I add this year won't appear when I add them to the tree, I'm not sure if I should send a ticket or not in case someone else has already?

At first, my tree didn´t show up yesterday so I cleared the cache and the problem was solved. I put up some ornaments for getting a color scheme idea and this worked, too. Today, I bought many ornaments and put them in my ornament inventory. At first, they showed up on the tree when adding them yet then, they stopped showing up. The tree can´t be saved also, even when only adding the ornaments showing up. I am on MacOs with Safari.

I realised the "Clear browsing data" I'd been using to clear the cache was only set to the past hour, I made it go further back and it works now.

I haven't been able to decorate my tree at all. It seems completely random which ornaments will work and which ones won't. I've been clearing my cache all night and also attempting the ctrl+f5 thing and it's just not having any effect. It's really disappointing that I dropped A LOT of sP on ornaments and I can't even use them. I'm not sure what to do. I'm on Chrome.

Now, I'm getting the same problem with random ornaments not showing up when I try to click on them to add them to my tree. The new Maliss ornament still isn't working and I wanted to use it.

I just bought some ornaments and they show up in the ornaments list but do not show anywhere when I click to add to the tree. If I click a second time it says too many on the tree but it still doesn’t show on the tree. I am using the Safari browser on an iPad Pro 2.

I also can't seem to get new ornaments to load or save my tree after any changes to it, already tried a hard refresh a few times as that fixed the issue of my tree not showing up the other night, but it doesn't seem to fix the ornament problem today.

Most all the above... So I will just have a plain tree. They are nice too, right?

So, where are we with this? I'd like to change out the ornaments on my tree.

From my experience in attempting to decorate my tree properly over the week of Lumi so far I've learned that Most ornaments generally will be usable when the next day ticks over, subeta time? Somewhere between "Next day" and "actually 16-24 hours+", I usually checked right after midnight if I added new ornaments earlier that day. Usually it works, but I've had stubborn ornaments that went on for days being unable to use them (Though probably certainly longer than it would have taken since I did attempt removing and re-adding some, thinking that would solve it. spoiler; it doesn't. )

Best advice I can give is just to wait it out honestly, they will show up just not immediately.

I still can't use any of the ornaments that I've added the past six days. Nothing has changed. I can't use the new Maliss ornament. Is there an ETA when this might be fixed? I'd love to update my tree.

this is super frustrating. Is it going to be addressed at all? I haven't seen any updates or acknowledgement..
