ETA: Never mind- after restarting the computer it came up. Yay for accidentally unplugging the computer?

There's probably a simple fix I'm just not awake enough to figure out, but my tree isn't showing up? I cleared my cache like it recommends, made sure I'd chosen a tree, and yet there's still no tree? I made sure there were ornaments in my ornament inventory and tried to add one to the tree- nothing showed up at all, even though the list reflected that I'd added the ornament...

(Also, my past trees show bare trees, when I'm 100% positive I decorated them? But that's not so pressing, as it's just a fun bonus feature, haha) (I mean, technically, decorating a tree this year is a fun bonus feature, but you know)

The tree does not show up where we are supposed to decorate it. I randomly placed ornaments that did show but when I tried to save it, it just came back as a blank place where neither the tree nor placed ornaments showed. I looked a forum post and just a bare tree shows. I play Subeta on an iPad so I do noi know how to “clear the cache”. I did do a reset on the iPad but it did not fix the problem. I looked up how to clear the Safari web search cache for iPad and did that. It did fix the problem. Yay!

My friend has same problem as Tinkerbabe. My tree shows up fine but she has an empty tree on her profile. She came over to my house so we could work on it and where you decorate the tree there is no tree. We can put the decorations on but when we save it they don't save so her profile tree is still empty. I've tried deleting the temp net files multiple times. And restarting the computer didn't help because we tried last night and again this morning. So you say control F5 works? Will have to try that.

Yeah I'm Star's friend and the control F5 got the tree to show up but it won't save and the new ornaments I put in the inventory show up on the list but not on the tree. No matter what I do the tree will not save. Anybody figured out how to fix this yet? Update: I bought 2 ornaments this morning, doves and cinnamon popcorn, but when I try to put them on the tree they don't show up. However when I removed them from the tree it let me save it. So apparently there's something wrong with certain ornaments. Darn. Guess I'll have to sell them and try something else.

I'm having a similar problem to Opossun. :/ The tree shows up when you refresh now - yay! But all the new ornaments I buy don't show up on the tree? The old ones do which is really weird...

Well possibly the browser makes a difference. Juniper uses Chrome but I use Firefox for Subeta. Just let her try it on my Firefox and the ornaments all showed up and she was able to save her tree. So if it's not working for anyone try using a different browser.

So, I was going to make my own topic, but I guess I'll post here: My tree will NOT show up in the decorating area, so I can't decorate it. :( I don't think it's a Subeta's cache thing, since I tried it 12 hours ago, went to work, came back, and it still won't show up. Refreshing multiple times on the page does nothing. I'm using chrome on a laptop, not a tablet.

EDIT: just saw staff posted an updated solution and I was able to fix it!

my tree isn't showing up on the decorate page, but shows on the page to see previous years trees. i've done the whole clear cache, restart browser etc, but no luck.

I've got the same issue as . Tried clearing the cache, hard refresh, reopening the browser... The tree still isn't showing up on the ornaments page :/

is this going to be/has this been addressed? Having issues with it too.

Hi:) I hope I'm doing this right and if not I do apologize. I just became a new player the beginning of this month. I choose a Lumi tree, had some decorations on it, when I received a green garland in an "old box of ornaments" after giving a donation to Melody. When I tried to put it on my tree, it wouldn't go on, so I thought I'll take everything off and start over, but it still wouldn't go on the tree. I thought well I wouldn't mind maybe having a tree with a new look, so I tried to take advantage of the two free changes. When I did try to change the look the new tree wouldn't show up at all, so I tried a different look but that one didn't show up either. Now it says that if I want to change my tree I'll be charged. I would still go with one of the other two new looks I tried but they have to show up. I did try turning my computer on and off again but it hasn't worked. I'm using a Windows 10 OS. Thank-you, Patti P.S. Also I can't get my avatar dressed. So I have 12 pets and a naked avatar. LOL
