What does everyone use to make there own clothing or hair? Is there a certain program or website?

I think any art program would work, except MS Paint of course. It mostly depends on which one you're more comfortable working with. Personally, I use GIMP. But other people use Photoshop, SAI, etc. Here's an awesome tutorial to make things look Subeta Style

It's pretty easy to use in my opinion xD I just use the path tool for almost everything. It gives you really nice looking lines :'3
