What kind of art are you looking for? I do my drawings mostly in pencil and then clean it up with a black pen or trace it digitally. Mostly leaving it black/white, because shadowing is a bitch to me lol

The leaving it black and white digitally would look pretty cool for Oppressor since he is mostly black and spiky dragon maybe having red eyes if you want that in there but they can be left white. So yeah if you can do a draggy well just lemme know what you want in return and we can go from there.

Aw man you've got awesome art! The art isn't for an overlay for a pet, just for the general character. But, it will do, so sure! It might take me a while to convert everything to CSC if that is what you're looking for. (Unless you want to do it yourself with all my sP XD.)
