I'm not too sure if it's possible, but it would be awesome to have two nav bars on each side. If not then...lol, we will forget that option :)

Depending of the design, the nav bar can be at the top or not, but would like to have the userinfo box to be away of the nav bar.

I also need to be able to put bookmarks. Not sure if possible, but instead of reading up and down, I would like them to be read as normal? Not sure I'm making sense here.

As for the colours, I want them to be tone down, in the black, white, gray, bluish...nothing aggressive as it can spark my migraine.

Not sure how much this will cost, in CSC or sp, but beforehand, I would like to know just to make sure I can afford it. I cannot pay in USD though (rate exchange is too crazy).
