Hi all! Not sure if General Discussion is the right spot for this but it felt like the best fit. So anyway I was looking at my currencies and was like wow, I almost have 1000 quest points! I bet I could buy like half of the quest shop items if I wanted to. I haven't seen any posts about this, so in a bit of boredom and curiosity, I counted and added up all of the items and what the cost would be if you were to buy every single item in the quest shops!

Here is how it broke down, not including the seasonal shop:

Total items: 706

Total cost: 5898 quest points

Fall Seasonal Shop: 40 items 2085 Quest Points

If you wanted to buy EVERYTHING including the seasonal shop, you would need 7983 Quest Points.

Clearly I'm not nearly close to being able to even half of the items possible... Especially with the seasonal shop, brutal. But it was really interesting to see what the totals were! Hopefully someone else finds this as informative as I did :)

**disclaimer I did my best to calculate these but it is definitely possible that I mistyped a number on the calculator so it might not be perfect

Now if someone reads to/feeds more than one pet... yikes. Assuming 9 quest givers (Sarah or Saggi, not both, since I don't think many people do both), that's 27 points a day, that's close to a whole year of meticulous questing. Not the most appealing concept ever :P

:o is it a rule that they give 3 points/quest giver/day? PLUS I didn't even factor in the other three seasonal shops! If they're anything like the fall that's another 6k points!

Luckily I don't want every single item but that's some dedication to get loads of items! Thankfully there's also the option of buying someone else's quest points, but it makes me value my hard earned QPs a lot more :)

It's my experience that I get a quest point every 5 quests done, more or less.

Cool! I blast through them fast just to get em done that I didn't notice a pattern, I thought it was random ^^; I don't even notice when Carl is sleeping tbh.... but that's good to know!
