Can we please get one of the powers that be to address why we've had such horrible site stability the last week? If its not really BAD LAG, its the site going down with no response from anyone. Like the site going down with a 504 error for AN HOUR. And not only that, there's issues all over the site. Like Sales History in the User Shops not listing everything. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's concerned about how the stability of the site is going to affect our Black Friday purchases.

I put this post here because its not really indicating a problem, we all know its a problem. I'm just upset that within the hour time frame that the site went down we had ZERO communication from the Admins. Posts on both Twitter and Facebook, and no "We're aware of the error and are working to bring the site back". Nothing. Not a single word. That and it seems like more often than not anymore we're experiencing issues or lag and its not changed.

I'm getting really frustrated by the instabilities too! I'm afraid to buy anything in case it takes my currency and doesn't give me my items. I'm even afraid to empty the inventory or put things in my wardrobe and collections. I've probably lost things without even noticing.

I've been doing low impact stuff that I don't really care about (like grabbing things from the donation bin) and such.

I know things are being worked on, and I'm trying to be patient, but this feels worse than other times the site has been a drag because we're actually losing things. Or doing work and not getting credit for it, like quest points.

Oh boy ! I'm tryin' to participate to Luminaire gifting events but it's awfully laggy everytime I'm online... x.x

Same, I really really need to do my Luminaire shopping now, but it takes ages for pages to load.

The lag is insane and at times unbearable. We moved servers. And this issue STILL didn't get fixed? Its bad when neopets loads faster than this. I don't know what the problem is, but please do something. Pick another server, turn the site off and then back on again, host us on the moon for a better satellite signal, just do something!
