I'm doing Shinwa's quest. She tells me to do Cinthia quest for Shinwas Bracelet Shard . I do the quest and get my reward, but no bracelet piece. I go back to Shinwa to be sure I went to the correct quest and it was correct. I did a few more Cinthia quests and still no bracelet piece.

Windows 10 and Version 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I filed a ticket and was given a replacement piece. It hasn't happened again since.
