I just purchased a from Alexander and I clicked add to wardrobe... only to get:

"You don't own this item!"

The shop took my quest points, the item is not in my inventory nor my wardrobe, and my account search says I don't own one.....

I've recognized too that items appear/disappear randomly, e.g. after giving items to Charity her gifts never make it into my inventory at all. Same with items the bonfire gives out.

Sorry for venting in your thread, did you experience something similar ?

This glitch should be fixed now. If you lost any items from it, please file a ticket to get them back :) Sorry for all of this ;;
